Everyone who chooses to live at ELGINCARE is assigned a member of staff known as a keyworker. Your keyworker will advocate and represent your interests and ensure that additional assistance and support will be provided throughout transition into the home.
It is the role of your Keyworker to ensure that you are aware of discussions and decisions that may need to be made regarding care objectives and care planning.
Keyworkers are important contacts for our users of our service, their families and friends.
